About me.
I am a professional actor with over 14 years’ experience across stage and screen. A graduate of the world-renowned Guildhall School of Music and Drama, I have spent my career mastering the art of performance - voice, movement, presence, storytelling and now bring that same discipline and energy to the boardroom.
With first-hand experience in both the performance and corporate world, I understand the pressures professionals face when the stakes are high - whether it’s leading a team, pitching to investors, or delivering in the boardroom. My approach bridges the gap between performance training and executive communication, showing clients how the tools of the actor can directly elevate their business impact.
About what I do.
High Performance Consulting was founded in 2021, a time when the world shifted, and the way we communicate professionally was redefined. What started as virtual meeting coaching quickly evolved into a deeper exploration of how professionals can show up powerfully in any setting, remote or in person.
I believe that the same techniques actors use to engage audiences, voice and speech, eye contact, energy, body language, emotional expression, presence, improvisation are just as
effective in a corporate context. These tools help business leaders not only communicate clearly, but connect meaningfully.
My training is built on discussion, practical exercises, and safe, collaborative spaces where clients can take creative risks and grow. The result? Greater confidence, clarity, and influence - whether you’re presenting, pitching, leading, or negotiating.
